Majestic Bluff was designed as a dialogue between architecture and landscape, a residence anchored at the edge of the bluff while opening itself to the horizon. The design responds to the terrain by introducing subtle level changes that connect interior spaces with gardens, terraces, and an outdoor social area, all while preserving uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.

A restrained palette of natural stone, soft stucco, and dark standing-seam roofs defines the facades, balancing solidity with warmth and giving the house a timeless yet contemporary presence. Through this approach, Majestic Bluff becomes both a shelter and a frame for experiencing the dramatic site on which it rests.
