Courtland Townhomes

One of the most interesting projects we have had as a studio: Courtland. Located in the heart of San Antonio, the challenge of this project was to design as many houses as possible on a very tight lot while maintaining the right ratios of open and green spaces.

Courtland consists of 6 townhomes of 4 levels each, 2 parking spaces, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, laundry room, guest bathroom and the master bedroom with a terrace with a panoramic view.

Our intention with Courtland was to solve the program taking advantage of every square foot without forgetting to design a cozy and spacious home.

Scope: Architectural design, construction documentation and permit management.
