Champions Residence

The challenge of this project was to create a one-story architectural program in response to the unevenness of the landscape.

The program includes living room, kitchen, pantry, 4 bedrooms + maid's bedroom, laundry room, mud room, storage rooms, family room, a private and independent office, swimming pool and outdoor social area with shower and separate bathroom.

The solution was to propose a retaining wall that fills 6' in order to have the garden almost at the same level of the living room and so not only have an infinite view to the landscape with native species but also functional accesses.

Flat black clay roof, stucco in three different shades and black aluminum siding were the three materials proposed for the facades of this residence.
